Property Improvements
Additions and site improvements that match the metal language already on the pad — not temporary bolt-ons.
Chapter 01
Temporary-looking bolt-ons
Property improvements that fight the existing panel and trim read as temporary the day they are finished. Match the building language first — rib profile, color, corner trim, and how the eave meets the wall.
Photograph the standing skin in daylight and shade. Bring those photos to the quote. Transparent pricing includes the detail that makes the improvement belong, not a cheaper panel that almost matches at noon.
Owners and tenants notice mismatched rib and color before they notice the square footage. The improvement should look like it shipped with the original span.

How we match the span
Panel, trim, and aperture decisions come from the building already on site — then the improvement is detailed so it belongs. That includes fasteners, flashings, and how water leaves the joint between old and new.
If the addition includes doors or office glass, clearances and approach grade get the same attention as a new hangar door — not a afterthought cut into the wall.
Chapter 03
What you keep
Maintenance notes the owner can hand a facility tech. Detail as a value, not a slogan. Touch-up paint and fastener types written down so year-three repairs do not become a scavenger hunt.
When the next improvement lands on the same pad, the notes from this one should still make the language match.
