Matching panel language on improvements

Walk the existing skin first

Photograph rib profile, corner trim, window headers, and how the eave meets the wall. Bring those photos to the quote. Transparent pricing includes the detail that makes the improvement belong — not a cheaper panel that almost matches in noon sun.

What good closeout looks like

Punch lists that name fastener types and touch-up paint. Notes a facility tech can follow without calling the erector every spring. Detail is one of the four values Northstar puts on the about page — it has to show up in the work.
