Transparent pricing is a home-page promise that only counts if the quote still looks the same after engineering and freight. Owners should know which line items are fixed and which are allowances.

On-time delivery is a schedule you can hold
A delivery date without a critical path is a wish. Ask what has to be true on the pad — foundation, access, weather window — for the date to hold. Design-build that owns communication does not go quiet when freight slips.
